Easy To Make Refreshing Summer Fruit Salad
Highly hydrating fruit salad is in this coming summer. Our body will thank us for the much-needed moisture to keep ourselves well-hydrated and prevent heat stroke or any associated heat-related side effects of the scorching summer heat. And one way of feeding more hydration to our system is to eat refreshing summer fruit salads!
There is really no hard way of preparing summer fruit salads. You can choose from many summer seasonal fruits like watermelon, cantaloupe, mango, papaya, plum, blueberries, orange, to name a few.
You can just choose a few and combine them. Wash your fruits thoroughly and cut in cubes of small wedges. Throw in some feta cheese for added flavor or dash of few herbs and spices. Others may add cream or yogurt but I want my fruit salad almost bare with the exception of few feta cheese cubes or any other cheese. Toss and refrigerate for a while. Best served when cold for a more refreshing feel!
