Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Pasta

I am a big fan of pasta dishes. I just love eating pasta. Sometimes when I cook at home, I use the whole wheat version of pasta for easy digestion and friendlier carbs.

I saw this recipe from and I would love to try this one at home one of these days.

1/2 lb. fettuccine

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes or bite-size pieces

1-2/3 cups milk (I will substitute this for a low-fat milk)

4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed (I will use the lighter version of Philadelphia Cream Cheese)

1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves

Here’s how to prepare and cook the dish:

Cook pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the boiling water the last 2 min.

On the other burner, heat dressing in a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, stirring constantly; cook 1 to 2 min. or until sauce is well blended and heated through.

Drain the pasta mixture; place in a large bowl.

Add chicken mixture and mix.
