New Year was a blast! We had so many left overs that can still be salvaged for another day. So, I recycled, rather, up-cycled the spaghetti. The usual ho-hum preparation of the famous pasta meal was made gourmet-style when I turned it into a baked Spaghetti with Italian sausages as part of the minced beef sauce. I don’t know the brand of the Italian sausage I used as it was from Italy. I didn’t get to save the wrapper. But you can find many sausages in the market. Take your pick.
